We originated Cardio-Kickboxing classes back in 1995. We were the first place on Long Island to use free standing bags. Our workouts are never the same or boring. Try a class and you'll be hooked. Cardio-Kick blends your own hidden personal powers with the tried and true techniques of personal self-defense, boxing and kickboxing, all set to today’s hottest music. You’ll be amazed at the results from the very first class.

You’ll never get bored doing the same routines over and over. Though you’re in class for yourself, you’re not by yourself. Our instructors will provide you with the most effective, safe, and personal instruction available. You’ll receive individual help as you master the basics and on-going guidance from our instructors, as your skill level increases.
Our Boxing Program gives you amazing workout while having fun.
This program is intended for anyone who is interested in boxing at any level. Even if you never step into a boxing ring, practicing the fundamentals of boxing can give you an excellent full-body workout that gets your legs and arms moving and your heart pumping. Boxing also improves your stamina and helps get your reflexes razor sharp. This course offers step by step instruction for acquiring solid boxing skills. Jump rope (we will teach you how if you do not know how), push ups, and intensive calisthenics are applied in each and every class. If you are looking for a great way to work out, then M.A.X. Fitness Boxing program is the one for you. There is no sparring in this class.
Boot Camp: A full body workout like no other.
